Week 9 Waiver targets.

Bye weeks Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers.

1. Will Levis, QB, TEN- What a freaking debut. Going into Sunday news surfaced that Tennessee would be splitting reps between Malik and Levis, and Levis won that job... Levis threw 4 touchdowns and showed some proficiency at the QB position, and an apparent little chemistry with DeAndre Hopkins. It will remain to be seen if Tennessee tears the team down at the deadline, but Levis is worth a speculative add at QB, and he's only 6% owned.

2. Joshua Dobbs, QB, MIN- If you were to pull up Joshua Dobbs box score, and his fantasy finishes you might be surprised. He did that with a mediocre team as well, and a team that was rumored at #1 overall. Dobbs, now finds himself on a 4-4 Vikings team with I don't know.. the best wide receiver in fantasy football, Justin Jefferson! Dobbs also has 250ish rushing yards as well, which is not bad as well.

3. Cam Akers, RB, MIN- This one is more a speculative add. Akers has been seeing steady work behind(some might say in front of)Mattison. Akers also has the privilege, it seems, to have a bulk of the goal line work, and just managed to find pay dirt. Minnesota has 2 rough matchups upcoming against the run, but after that are some juicy matchups, and moves like this can really pay dividends later in the season.

4. Taysom Hill, TE, NOS- If you read last weeks article, you would already have Hill on your squad. He's sitting at 37% owned right now in Yahoo leagues. His rush attempts have ramped up the last 3 games, and he is brought in to pass a throw or two sometimes. While still having a somewhat decent floor as a receiver. This build in upside really allows him to be a decent play if he continues to see the receiving volume. Follow that up with a very favorable tight end matchup for tight ends for the next few weeks sans his bye, he is locked and loaded to being a top 8 tight end.

5. Minnesota Vikings Defense - It appears that the Minnesota Vikings are not giving up this season. Their defense is not going to set the world on fire, but from a fantasy perspective has posted some decent numbers, and has some very favorable matchups in must win games coming up. With bye weeks on and out they are worth a stream or two in the upcoming weeks.
