Week 9 Waiver Adds Under 50% Owned

Week 9 bye weeks, San Francisco 49ers, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

1. Cedric Tillman, WR, CLE, (20%) -

The void left by trading Amari Cooper to the Bills, and the added aggressiveness of new quarterback Jamis Winston has instantly catapulted Cedric Tillman into fantasy relevance. Back to back decent fantasy finishes against half decent defenses and looking good while doing it. A daunting Chargers defense and a bye stare down his next two games but with all the injuries in the fantasy world right now, he can be a decent stash.

2. Josh Downs, WR, IND, (47%) - Speaking of consistent fantasy finishes, Downs has been under the radar the passed few weeks posting respectable fantasy line after respectable fantasy line no matter who the quarterback is in Indianapolis. The news came out today that Flacco will be starting and he has been able to get the most out of his receivers this year. It appears Pittman is dealing with a back injury and is more running decoy routes. Downs is staring down the #1 weakest pass defense (Minnesota) this week so he is

worth a start.

3. Parker Washington, WR, JAX, (0%). We are digging deep here. The Jaguars have lost Christian Kirk for the season and there are varying reports on Brian Thomas Jr. The void here is what we're adding Parker for. He may not be even worth a start, just a speculative add to see if he catches fire in the absence of the WR core for the jags. He also has 3 soft matchups in a row.

4. Jamis Winston, QB, CLE, (6%) - Cleveland fans rejoice! The ball is flying in Cleveland at the dog pound. Winston flung his way against a porous Ravens defense to a half decent fantasy line, and is guaranteed the starting gig for the foreseeable future. That future looks bleak as we have a bye week and an absolutely murderous row of defenses coming up, but this is a former former 3e TD thrower (and 30 ints), and Heisman player. If you got an extra bench spot he could be worth a stash.

5. Will Reichard, MIN, K, (16%) - If you're kicker is on a bye, or underperforming Will is worth a shot. He is a rookie who has no missed a kick yet, and Minnesota's offense is potent enough to supply a few field goal opportunities every game. He is 14/14 for field goals and 20/20 for extra points.
