Week 4 Waiver Targets under 50% owned.

1. Bucky Irving, RB, TB (36% owned) - Reports are coming out from Tampa Bay that Bucky Irving earned more snaps. From the eye test Bucky has alot more appears to be the better runner. Bucky may not be worth a start right away, but he might very well win then starting role. He's also criminally under owned in most leagues, he has RB1 upside if White were to get injured. If anything he's worth a stash even if he doesn't outright win the job the next few games.

2. Juan Jennings, WR, SF (33% owned) - Well.. You better hope you have top waiver priority in order to get Jennings. He erupted for 41 points (half ppr) and 3 touchdowns. He seemed to be reading the mind of Brock Purdy, and was winning every 50/50 ball. Aiyuk was held to 50 yards while Jennings had a whopping 175. We are not expecting these numbers every week, but as long as the Niners are dinged up, Juan is worth a stream.

3. Jalen Nailor, WR, MIN (11% owned) Pending Jordan Addison's injury, or maybe even if he comes back Jalen Nailor is worth a look. Sam Darnold is having a MVP calibre season *knocks on wood* which is bizarre to say, but he is holding it down right now.

4. Tennessee Titans DST (4% owned) - It's streaming season! Injuries have taken there course on NFL clubs and teams have some QBs that are playing some second and third stringers. Last week it seemed like Oakland was the play against the Panthers... But that ended up with negative points. This week I don't see how Tennessee cannot at least provide a decent fantasy line against the lowly Dolphins.

5. Tyler Conklin, TE, NYJ (15% owned) - Conklin was a pretty obscure name before yesterday, but Old Man Rodgers brought him to the front page. Aaron looked very methodical and moved the offense, and Conklin was a safety valve when plays went off schedule. Throughout Aaron Rodgers career, guys that could get open when Rodgers bought time were always rewarded. As long as Conklin shows that chemistry with Rodgers, he will be a streaming option if your tight end is injured or on a bye.
